This privacy policy applies to the use of the COLLABO platform ("the Platform") at collabo.co.il, operated by Mikol HaBarim BeKol HaOlam Ltd. ("the Company"). The Platform provides event ticketing services with an approval-based entry mechanism.
By using the Platform you consent to this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. Data Collection
We collect information as needed to provide our services:
Information provided by the user:
- Full name, email address, mobile phone number
- Instagram profile (if provided)
- Details submitted with event applications (names, notes)
- Payment details – passed directly to the payment processor; we do not store full credit card details
- Usage data: pages viewed, IP address, location (if access granted)
Information collected automatically:
The Platform collects certain information automatically such as IP address, pages viewed, device type and browser. This information is used for operation, security and service improvement.
3. Use of Information
- Operating the Platform and providing services (applications, tickets, payments)
- Contact regarding the service, reminder messages before events
- Improving and maintaining the service, identifying issues
- Complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud
- Statistical and anonymous analysis to improve the experience
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We may share information with: payment providers (for processing), cloud storage providers, law enforcement as required by law. Credit card details are not stored by us – processing is done through a secure provider (PayPlus).
We commit not to transfer customer credit card details to any third party.
Information is retained in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Under the Privacy Protection Law you are entitled to access, correct and request deletion of information collected about you.
