Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These terms of use apply to the use of the COLLABO platform (collabo.co.il) operated by Mikol HaBarim BeKol HaOlam Ltd. ("the Company").

The Platform provides an event ticketing system with an approval-based entry mechanism: the participant submits an application, the application is reviewed, and upon approval a ticket is purchased and entry to the event is granted.

2. Definitions

User – anyone who browses or uses the Platform. Event – a show, party or other entertainment event. Ticket – confirmation of entry to an event.

3. The Service

The Platform allows viewing events, submitting ticket applications, purchasing after approval, displaying digital tickets and related actions.

The Company does not organize events and is not responsible for the content, quality or legality of events – responsibility lies with the venue/organizer.

4. Applications and Purchases

Submitting an application requires providing correct and complete details (name, phone, email and other required information).

Application approval does not guarantee a place – final confirmation after payment. Prices include handling fees as displayed during the purchase process.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

COLLABO issues digital tickets only — no physical goods are shipped. There is no physical delivery or shipping to any address.

Upon successful payment, a digital ticket (QR code) is issued immediately and made accessible through the Platform. The ticket is available at any time via the user's account page on the Platform. No additional delivery time is required.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a transaction is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010. A customer may cancel a ticket purchase by written notice (email to help@collabo.co.il) within 14 days of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the event date.

Upon valid cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded less a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued with no cancellation fee. To cancel: help@collabo.co.il.

7. Event Entry

Entry to an event is possible by presenting an ID and a digital ticket (QR) on your phone or a printed copy.

The ticket is personal and non-transferable except as offered by the Platform. Lost tickets do not entitle refund.

8. Liability Policy

The Company undertakes to provide the service as described on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure preventing access to a purchased ticket, the Company will address the issue as soon as possible. The Platform is provided as is (AS IS); the Company is not liable for damages resulting from event cancellations by the organizer, network failures, third-party actions, or factors beyond the Company's control. Responsibility for event content, quality and execution lies solely with the organizer.

9. Privacy Policy

The Company is committed to protecting customer privacy. We commit not to transfer customer credit card details to any third party. Payment details are passed directly to the secure payment processor (PayPlus) and are not stored on Company servers.
