How the approval model works
Unlike a regular ticket shop that sells to anyone who arrives first, COLLABO lets each event define its own entry criteria — age, group composition, list membership, or any combination. The approval decision stays with the event team. The model was shaped by working directly with Tel Aviv event producers and is built around the tools they actually use — WhatsApp groups, promoters, and loyalty discounts for returning guests.
What the platform does
Fast sign-up with phone OTP, secure payment via PayPlus (card details are never stored on our servers), a digital ticket that works offline at the door, real-time notifications about application status, and a Hebrew-first interface with English support. Event operators get a dashboard for guest-list management, door scanning, and promoter tracking.
